Our Branch
Organisational Services division supports, equips and helps guide Council to deliver the Brisbane Vision through centralised corporate services and a customer-focused approach.
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Divisional Coordinator to join the Organisational Services Divisional Manager’s Office. In this fast-paced role, you will provide guidance, edit and proof documents and coordinate workflows. You will manage the Establishment and Coordination Committee (E&C) submissions, Committee presentations, Executive Management Team submissions, customer correspondence, corporate rules and other associated activities for the division, in accordance with corporate processes. This role also coordinates, supports and provides high level reports and data analysis to the Divisional Manager’s Office on administrative and governance activities, to ensure accuracy, timeliness and consistency.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- prepare, assess and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and E&C submissions
- coordinate processes for corporate rules for the division
- analyse and assess CMX correspondence
- provide guidance, planning and support to management and officers across the division
- identify and manage emerging issues and concerns.
