Location: Yeerongpilly – South Regional Business Centre and working from home

The Role
Provide a range of administrative support activities to the operational team, including managing quoting processes, ordering specialist arboriculture materials, data entry, collating and producing correspondence and reports. You will also contribute towards identifying service improvement opportunities to enhance the level of efficiency and effectiveness of the operational area.
It is a challenging role that takes you outside the scope of conventional administrative positions as you respond to requests for service, as well as deal with general enquiries from internal and external customers and providers.
You will be highly customer focused and have a talent for providing field-based teams with “behind the scenes” solid administrative support so they can deliver the very best service to our community.
The ideal candidate will have an interest or knowledge of the arboriculture industry and its products as well as strong communication skills in order to work with a variety of stakeholders.
To be successful you will have:
- demonstrated ability to provide high quality administrative and business support
- experience in using desktop applications including MS Office and project software
- well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to provide leadership to administrative project teams
- ability to manage complex and competing priorities to achieve deadlines and outcomes
- problem solving and the ability to analyse data and recognise trends to identify improvements.
