The Role
Do you have a keen attention to detail, experience in SAP and a data entry focus, this could be the role for you? Our small team of arboriculture schedulers, work in a fast-paced environment, we are looking for clear communicators with interpersonal skills, keen to collaborate, utilising their skills in process improvement and problem solving as well as a passion for data and reporting in operational systems.
Currently located at South Regional Business Centre in Yeerongpilly, with a possibility of working at other sites in the future and options to work from home to meet business requirements.
We work in SAP Asset and Works Management to schedule and track planned and reactive arboriculture works throughout Brisbane. The team work closely with the Scheduling Manager and Arboriculture Technical Team to ensure works are scheduled and delivered successfully on time and within budget in line with current process.
Your skills in SAP will be highly regarded, as will your ability to liaise with contractors, operational staff and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of work.
To be successful you will have:
- proven ability to develop work programs and schedules under pressure
- exceptional time management and prioritisation skills
- ability to monitor, track and report on daily program of operational works
- ability to rapidly acquire knowledge in and successfully utilise systems including SAP
- ability to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- some knowledge of arboriculture terminology and current use of SAP is desirable.
