Description:
Program Manager will provide integration management support for the U.S. Utilities acquisitions, including long-term integration program development and monitoring, Transition Services Agreement (TSA) management and exit planning, and governance and reporting. This position is designed to adapt and grow, offering opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize program tools and processes, support the management of U.S. Utilities Integration (USUI) including planning and execution, functional integration plan development and execution tracking, as well as support the cross-functional collaboration through disciplined and structured approach.
- Conduct & facilitate business workshops to determine integration requirements, solution, planning and execution.
- Develop and manage Gantt chart projects, document accurate and timely updates, identify and communicate risks to project schedules.
- Identify and manage impacts of scope, schedule, and cost of each project to the overall integration program, and apply critical path insights to drive action.
- Drive IPMO meetings including updates, communicate requests, validate progress, and drive collaboration across SMEs in a professional manner to effectively deliver the outcomes.
- Support reporting, presentation and content development for various levels of leadership across the organization and external counterparts as required.
- Build, manage and support performance metrics and reporting to track progress, adjust plans, variance.
- Coordinate and work with various functional SMEs, leaders, external partners and consultants.
- Support IPMO and Finance team on project forecasts, integration budget, and TSA cost analysis as required.
- Contribute towards option analysis & recommendations made by senior members of the USUI IPMO.
- Ensure communication and collaboration between the acquiring and acquired organizations.
- Hands on experience working in Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft toolsets
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or program management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Program Management experience, including project controls and analysis.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- TIS and Gas Utility business knowledge are value-adds.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Included but not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light–moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
