About the Role:

Are you an expert in Gas, Liquids, and Power projects with a knack for documentation and turnover processes? We are seeking a Document Control and Records Turnover Specialist who excels in managing asset data lifecycles and is proficient with document processing and information management tools. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless record turnover to Business Units and validate asset data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Document Control and Records Turnover services for Gas, Liquids, and Power projects, supporting Business Unit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure timely turnover of vendor records in compliance with Final Vendor Data Book requirements.
  • Process project documentation for retention through auditing records, asset data, and attributing metadata.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address and rectify record and data deficiencies, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide specialized and technical support and leadership to project teams by interpreting project-specific business requirements and ensuring compliance with records turnover standards.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance team and stakeholder efficiencies.
  • Utilize and integrate existing information management tools and applications (SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerBI, Bluebeam, etc.) for effective project management.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Diploma in Information/Business Analysis/Records Management/Library Studies or equivalent post-secondary education with relevant experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a project environment or related field.
  • Expertise in identifying, tracking, and managing asset data.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
  • Experience with SharePoint or other document control systems.
  • Self-motivated team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpretive, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle high workloads, tight timelines, and high-impact activities.
  • Skillful in prioritizing and managing multiple assignments, meeting deadlines while aligning with project requirements.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to share experience and knowledge.
  • Keen attention to detail.
