About the Role:
Join our team as a Measurement Analyst, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily commercial functions of the client. This position is crucial to ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of gas volume and compositional measurement data, as well as providing backup and support for nomination, scheduling, customer service, and contract functions. Your work will have a significant impact on Enbridge and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of hourly volumetric and compositional data in the client's measurement software.
- Complete the month-end cycle for all volumetric and compositional data within set timelines for both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate continuously with external customers and internal stakeholders, including the Customer Service Group, field personnel, measurement technicians, and Measurement Technical Services, to resolve metering issues and discrepancies promptly while maintaining historical records.
- Maintain and adhere to procedures and policies by ensuring all documentation and filing are complete, up-to-date, and auditable regarding the adjustment of GMAS/Sightline data.
- Provide coverage for other measurement analysts as needed.
- Participate in project testing and user acceptance, recommend improvements to existing processes, and provide subject matter expertise.
- Create and maintain the configuration of all data required in measurement software.
- Provide backup and support for other critical daily commercial activities, including completing all critical daily gas cycles within set timelines, ensuring nominations are scheduled accurately per Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB) guidelines, and preparing firm service agreements for review and execution.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or Science.
- Demonstrates self-motivation with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with various functional and support areas.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, maintaining a customer focus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Eager to learn and adaptable to new processes and ideas.
