Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Change Management and Communications Lead III, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting the USUI Program workstreams. You will design, develop, and execute change strategies and tactics, working closely with the Business Readiness leader and a dedicated team of change professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Strategy Development: Collaborate with workstream Leads and Project teams to create detailed change management plans that drive effective sponsorship, training, and communications.
  • Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct comprehensive stakeholder impact analysis, validate impacts, and gather and monitor stakeholder feedback to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Communication Development: Craft key messages for leader communications and employee engagement events, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical groups.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Work with other business functions and integrate with cross-functional support teams to ensure alignment of messages, processes, and deliverables.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on change management data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, driving continuous improvement.
  • Workplan Maintenance: Maintain change management workplans, calendars, and collaboration tools to ensure seamless execution of change initiatives.
  • Training Coordination: Manage training logistics and delivery, including scheduling and providing appropriate pre and post-course materials.
  • Methodology Application: Utilize client methodology to develop change management plans and deliverables, including stakeholder assessments, communications plans, sponsorship roadmaps, coaching/training plans, and resistance management plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education.
  • Certifications: PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of broad business experience with 5+ years in Change Management.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of change management principles, organizational practices, and business transformation.
  • Leadership: Comfortable with visibility and leading without authority through challenging situations.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in speaking and presenting through various platforms to diverse audiences.
  • Human Factors: Extensive experience in environments where mindset and behavior are crucial for adopting change.
  • Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools, and templates.
  • Personal Attributes: Resilient, detail-oriented, organized, forward-looking, influential, and a problem solver with high regard for accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability: Able to work through ambiguity, independently manage multiple priorities, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Relationship Management: Proven ability to work effectively at all levels within an organization, with adept relationship management and credibility-building skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively, build relationships, succeed in a team, and work independently.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze, research, organize, and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines.
