Your opportunity:
As our valued Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in documentation and reporting, as well as forecasting. You’ll draw on your experience to effectively understand the user's needs and focus on the business outcomes.
You'll make impact by:
- Participate in Project ceremonies i.e. estimation sessions, planning meetings, daily stand ups, showcases, and team retrospectives.
- Document the Acceptance criteria to ensure requirements/user stories are validated throughout the lifecycle of any project/program.
- Review the QA /Test Strategy, Plan and Test Cases. Verify the Test Results against the Acceptance Criteria. Support the Test effort as & when required.
- Ensure that deliverables are peer reviewed within /across the Business to assure and improve quality.
- Own and represent the business requirement gathering activity within a project or initiative.
What you’ll bring:
- Understanding of Both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Effective negotiation and customer management skills
- An understanding of user needs and a focus on the business outcome
Ideally, you will also have:
- Good understanding of Telco business
- End to end experience of software development lifecycle
- Experience with the documentation of processes using BPMN2.0
- Extensive experience in software development, business analysis with at least five years in requirements specification.
