Your opportunity:

As our valued Network Engineer, you will play a vital role providing network architecture, product development and tier-3 support to the operational team on the IP & MPLS Network. You’ll draw on your industry certifications, as well as your operational experience to provide R&D and Network support for project and BAU operations.

You'll make impact by:

  • Provide R&D for business growth.
  • Provide network design for BAU operations.
  • Provide product development support to the sales & products teams.
  • Develop technical design documentations (HLD, LLD, Network Drawings, Test Plans & Test Reports).
  • Provide internal training when requested by the business.
  • Provide tier-3 support to the operational team.

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field.
  • Industry certification (or equivalent) to the level of CCNP.
  • Industry certification (or equivalent) to the level of Cisco (ENDESIGN) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in an operational role.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in an ISP environment.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in managing the delivery of network projects.
  • Experience in automation scripts for network information extraction and reporting
  • Proven experience in CGNAT, DPI will be a bonus.
