Your opportunity:

As our valued Finance Manager – FP&A, you will play a key role in the financial planning and performance reporting of the business. Positioned within the FP&A team, this role is primarily focused on delivering accurate and insightful management reporting, including the preparation of monthly financial performance packs, executive dashboards, and ongoing reporting enhancement.

You will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance and the broader business to ensure timely, accurate, and value-adding reporting and analysis. This position suits a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional looking to take the next step in their career, ideal for someone with strong reporting acumen, and a hands-on approach to data and analysis as well as reporting governance. 

You'll make impact by:

• Preparing monthly management reporting packs, including key financials, variance analysis, and business metrics, for use by senior management and executive leadership.
• Collaborating with the Financial Control and Business Partnering teams to ensure the integrity and accuracy of monthly financial results.
• Managing financial data and reporting structures across systems (i.e., Oracle, Jedox, BI), ensuring data consistency and system alignment.
• Supporting the preparation of half-year and full-year accounts, including responding to data requests from internal stakeholders and external auditors.
• Reporting on business metrics and operational KPIs to provide sight into business performance and trends.
• Acting as a key point of contact for management reporting queries from finance and other business stakeholders.
• Identifying opportunities for streamlining reporting processes and improving data visibility for decision making.
• Supporting the Senior Finance Manager and Head of FP&A with ad-hoc analysis, and special projects as required.

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, or a similar finance role.
• CA / CPA qualified with experience in a large, complex environment
• High level numeracy, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong skills in financial reporting and analysis; experience with Oracle, Jedox/Hyperion, Qlik/PowerBI is highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with competing priorities.
