Your opportunity:

As a Digital Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing application security assurance services to various projects across TPG Telecom. You will work with project managers and business analysts, assisting them by performing Secure Software Development activities on the various solutions being built.

You'll make impact by:

  • Collaborating with development teams to conduct secure code reviews for projects, identifying and recommending remediation for security-related issues
  • Undertaking threat-based risk assessments of applications, including developing threat models to identify, quantify and address security threats at various stages of the development lifecycle.
  • Supporting the deployment and conduct of static and dynamic application security testing.
  • Writing risk reports outlining findings, recommendations and risks according to TPG Telecom’s Risk Management Policy.
  • Providing subject matter expertise support to development teams on adhering to Secure Software Development Life Cycle checkpoints.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in application security, application development or digital assurance.
  • Previous experience in software engineering is highly favoured.
  • Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, OSWE, and CSSLP.
  • Previous telecommunications sector experience is not a prerequisite for this role but is favoured.
