Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
- Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights into language for user actions.
- Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding.
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Create and maintain the information architecture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Proven experience working in a technical writing position.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience working with engineering or industrial teams preferred.
