Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will be an experienced Learning and Development Partner. They should be confident in leading training webinars and delivering training to stakeholders at all levels. Key to success in this role is the ability to multitask, effectively communicate, and work collaboratively with the team.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Identify and deliver training initiatives to enhance leadership and support frontline leaders.
  • Create and implement effective training programs, including face-to-face, blended, and eLearning options.
  • Develop and coordinate training solutions to ensure all employees receive appropriate training.
  • Plan and manage an annual learning calendar.
  • Review and source external training providers as needed.
  • Regularly analyse and update learning content for continuous improvement.
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and align learning with performance management.
  • Collect and report on training evaluation data to improve outcomes.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach across all areas of the organisation.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive, and engaging culture.
  • Partner with Managers and stakeholders to provide advice on learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships within the People & Culture team and the broader organisation.
  • Work with external providers and experts to develop and deliver training.
  • Promote and lead a culture of continuous learning for employees and volunteers.

What do you need to bring?

  • Tertiary qualification in education, training, leadership or management.
  • Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs.
  • Familiarity with E-Learning systems.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Effective facilitation skills and understanding of adult learning principles.
  • Experience developing learning modules with external stakeholders for diverse employee groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
