Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking to use your skills to make a real difference? Join AnglicareSA’s dynamic Technology & Information team and lead IT projects that help us deliver exceptional services.
You’ll have a proven track record in IT project management and leadership across various portfolios, with a good understanding of different project management frameworks and methodologies.
You work well with diverse partners and your strong communication skills make you a pro at stakeholder management, collaboration and negotiation.
You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, achieving the intended objectives and benefits.
What can you expect to be doing?
As IT Project Manager, you’ll be leading large IT system implementation projects, working with the project team, business stakeholders and software vendors to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
You'll develop project scopes and objectives that align with our mission to make a difference, guiding the team to successfully deliver IT projects that support our strategic goals.
- Create detailed project plans, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Proactively address issues and risks, design risk mitigation plans, and adapt as projects progress.
- Lead team meetings, track progress, and keep everyone informed with effective reporting and records management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and successful change management, considering the needs of our clients and staff.
- Allocate resources based on skills and availability and manage workloads to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Provide coaching, direction, and technical advice to your team of 2 Business Analysts.
- Build strong relationships across departments and identify opportunities to deliver projects in innovative and timely ways.
What do you need to bring?
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in IT project management and proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Skilled in coaching, leading, and upskilling project teams with varying experience levels.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders to create problem specifications, system requirements, and implement innovative solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with sound technical knowledge of business analysis.
