What can you expect to be doing?

  • Manage HR documentation (e.g., letters, contracts, position descriptions).
  • Support internal and external meetings by preparing and distributing notifications, agendas, and minutes.
  • Handle inquiries and triage for People & Culture systems.
  • Help improve HR systems and processes through continuous development.
  • Assist the People Partnering team with administrative tasks like document scanning and filing.
  • Lead projects aimed at enhancing systems and processes.
  • Respond to basic employee information requests.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach in all interactions.

What do you need to bring?

  • Proven experience in providing confidential and high-level administrative support.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office and various internet applications.
  • Strong track record in developing and maintaining effective administrative systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in prioritising tasks, managing workload, and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in assisting with process improvement projects and meeting administration.
