Our recruitment marketing function is a critical part of our Resourcing & Talent team, enabling us to strategically source, pipeline, and nurture potential leads, with a view to recruiting them when they are ready so we have the workforce to deliver for our customers.

We've done some exciting work on our people value proposition and our employer brand strategy, and we are looking for an experienced marketing or communications professional to bring this to life.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Develop and deliver targeted recruitment marketing campaigns to generate leads for key roles, demographics, etc. in partnership with our Marketing & Communications Team.
  • Create relevant and targeted communications and content to keep those leads engaged and interested in a career at AnglicareSA.
  • Work closely with Recruitment Business Partners to turn leads into candidates.
  • Represent AnglicareSA at University, RTO, community events.
  • Execute the implementation plan for our people value proposition and employer brand strategy.

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in marketing or communications role - no recruitment experience required.
  • Demonstrated strengths in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use various digital tools.
  • Creativity - we want to hear your ideas!
