Who are we looking for?

We're a centralised recruitment function, delivering the end-to-end recruitment process in partnership with our leaders. We're about meeting our hiring managers' needs, delivering timely and quality outcomes so that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver on our strategic objectives.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to partner with our leaders supporting end-to-end recruitment across our Corporate Services portfolio as well as to embed best practice recruitment and selection policies and procedures.

What can you expect to be doing?

  • End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, selection, and recruiting across the portfolio.
  • Manage the job advertising process through various sourcing channels. 
  • Advise and guide managers on recruitment activities and associated policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the completion of pre-employment screening as per position requirements.
  • Build hiring manager capability by providing appropriate coaching, support and/or training.
  • Support hiring managers to develop interview question and participate in panel interviews, providing guidance and feedback when necessary. 

What do you need to bring?

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment working in partnership with Managers.
  • Experience with online recruitment tools and sourcing channels.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain relationships across all levels.
  • Self-directed, motivated and pro-active with effective time management skills.
