We are on the lookout for determined, friendly and passionate individuals to support our elderly customers remain in their own homes, empowering them to live as independently as possible.

You will make a genuine difference in the lives of our customers by drawing on your empathetic and compassionate nature, as you support the needs of each individual in their own unique way.

Whether you are an experienced Care Worker or if you're studying within the health/community field, we want to hear from you!

What can you expect to be doing?

  • Drive to and from customer's homes in your own car including transporting customers (99 cents per/km reimbursement provided for all travel). Customers are based all across Adelaide, so we can ensure you drive within the region you live.
  • Provide a range of support services such as personal care, meal preparation, cleaning, social support and much more.
  • Build friendly relationships with a broad range of customers and their families.
  • Adhere to care plans and maintain excellent communication with the central care team regarding customer's health and wellbeing.

What do you need to bring?

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or other relevant qualification.
  • We accept University students in their second year and above studying Nursing, Social Work, Allied Health and more.
  • A current driver’s licence (P2 or above) and insured vehicle (third party insurance accepted).
  • Current Covid-19 and flu vaccinations.
