About the role
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for safety, operational excellence, and team leadership? Join our high-performing Gas Services team and take charge of delivering safe, on-time and budget-conscious operations across high-pressure gas assets!
This position will be based in Gladstone, QLD however frequent travel is required to be undertaken for this role, both intrastate and interstate.
Key Responsibilities include
- Lead Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities on high-pressure gas infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with legislative, client, and industry standards
- Drive safety culture through proactive risk management and leadership
- Manage budgets, forecasting and financials to ensure profitability
- Build strong stakeholder relationships with clients, government agencies and contractors
- Lead and mentor a skilled team while driving continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You will have a passion for leadership along with a strong safety focus and the ability to liaise with stakeholders across all levels, both internally and externally. You will also possess the following attributes:
- 5+ years in a leadership role within gas, energy or utilities sector
- Strong technical expertise in transmission assets (pipelines, processing, rotating equipment)
- Experience managing complex programs and multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets and ensure compliance
- A proactive, safety-first mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
