Our client is a well-established generalized legal practice, located in the Southern Suburbs. They are now seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.
The role is offered on a full time onsite at the office location
Your duties would include:
· Assisting the conveyancer with conveyancing matters including file management, preparing correspondence to clients and other firms, undertaking property searches, contracts and preparing settlement figures
· Inputting data to PEXA and LEAP/ File correspondence and other records
· Ability to review and draft contracts
· Answering Telephone and managing client communications
Our ideal applicant will have the following key requirements:
· 2 years' experience in conveyancing.
· Experience with PEXA and LEAP
· Seeking long-term employment
· Attention to detail and highly organised
· High level of initiative and ability to multi-task
· Great English communication skills
· Highly organised and motivated
· Exceptional Microsoft office skills
