Family Law Solicitors

This firm is growing fast and now needs to appoint a Senior Associate, Special Counsel or Partner Solicitor - specializing in family law.

Your role will include:

• Liaising with clients, other lawyers, counsel and colleagues
• Advising and negotiating on complex property & financial settlements, parenting arrangements, financial agreements and child support agreements
• Court attendances and briefing Counsel
• Preparation for and attendances at mediations
• Leading, supporting and developing a team

 What You Need to excel in this role?

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in family law (Family Accreditation is favorably looked upon) and be located in Melbourne.
• A thirst for knowledge and a growth mindset
• To be able to manage time and prioritise work tasks effectively and independently
• Be client-focused & competent in providing advice and representation
• Strong attention to detail and be professionally presented
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• In-depth understanding of Family Law and procedures

Competitive salary packages (based upon experience) $140,000 - $190,000, plus structured bonuses are on offer to secure the right candidates.
