About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Property Manager to take charge of a substantial residential portfolio in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who has managed large portfolios, handled the full spectrum of property management, and is confident in navigating complex tenancy matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse and high-value residential portfolio with efficiency and professionalism.
• End-to-End Property Management: Handle all aspects, including leasing, routine inspections, arrears management, maintenance coordination, and lease renewals.
• Client & Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Problem-Solving & Compliance: Manage disputes, tenancy challenges, and legal matters while ensuring compliance with Queensland’s tenancy legislation.
• Process & Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance property management operations for better workflow and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Property Manager, managing large and complex residential portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of property legislation and tenancy laws.
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills to handle a fast-paced workload.
• Proven ability to resolve disputes and navigate tenancy challenges with confidence.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in property management software.
