Role Overview:
As a Project Coordinator for the Next 75 program, you will play a crucial role in supporting project teams through coordination, logistics, and capability building. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and consolidate information, plan and organize activities, and execute a range of project and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate initiative plans with project leads to ensure alignment and progress.
- Support regular status reporting and progress tracking to keep stakeholders informed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project records, reports, and presentations.
- Schedule meetings and events, developing associated content and materials to facilitate discussions.
- Champion the Next 75 mindsets and behaviors, contributing to broader capability-building efforts.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience in project coordination or management.
- Experience with agile project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office products, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently, effectively managing time, problem-solving approaches, and multiple work priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
