Our Graduate Program

Our Allied Health Graduate Program is designed to offer you a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to develop the skills and expertise necessary to excel in your career. This year we are offering places for Occupational Therapists and Speech Pathologists.

Graduates who join one of our teams in Adelaide enjoy fun, professional, and supportive teams providing varied clinical experiences. You will be supporting customers across various programs within Aged Care Services or Paediatrics and Disability.

There is so much on offer over the 12 months. You’ll enjoy:

  • Weekly clinical 1:1 supervision meetings with a senior therapist
  • A dedicated mentor to guide you through personal and professional adjustments and challenges - accelerating your personal and professional career development

What you'll bring

It takes a special kind of personal to work in our sector. What we do is as fulfilling as it is complex - and it can only be done by someone with real compassion and care. Someone like you; along with:

  • A completed (or soon to be completed) tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or Speech Pathology
  • Eligibility for full registration with AHPRA or SPA
  • Exceptional communication skills and an outstanding customer service ethic
