About the Role
\We’re offering a 14-month fixed-term opportunity (with the potential to become permanent) for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our team. This is a critical role supporting one of our largest operations and maintenance contracts, servicing a team of 400+ employees.
Your HR expertise and collaborative approach will empower leaders to deliver effective people management, foster a fair and inclusive culture, and drive operational and cultural change aligned with our vision and values.
Key priorities include:
- Leading change management programs to address cultural challenges and drive team engagement.
- Partnering with stakeholders to implement people plans and resolve ER/IR matters effectively.
- Delivering HR projects, supporting policy development, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
- Coaching leaders to improve people management practices and foster a high-performance culture.
- Collaborating across HR centres of excellence to provide integrated solutions that align with business goals.
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field.
- Broad HR generalist expertise, including experience in ER/IR, change management, and leadership coaching.
- Proven ability to develop and implement people strategies that drive cultural and operational improvements.
- A collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills, with prior experience in an HR Business Partnering model.
Work Location
This role involves travel across Tullamarine and Broadmeadows, with one day per week based in our CBD head office.
