About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing invoices, overseeing claims and purchase orders. Your support will be essential to ensuring smooth and efficient management of day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities include
- A strong understanding of procurement and purchasing activities, policies and protocols
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors while managing business information systems
- Understanding of financial methodologies
- Clear understanding of commercial practices within the Contracting Industry
About You
The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing invoices and purchase orders, demonstrating high-speed and accurate data entry, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a high level of computer literacy; experience with SAP is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to manage multiple, conflicting priorities effectively
