As Admissions Coordinator (Domestic UG), you will oversee the administration and processing of domestic undergraduate admissions. You will manage applications across various pathways, including UAC, portal, and direct admissions, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for future students.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate the smooth transition of undergraduate applicants through the admissions cycle while prioritising the future student experience.
  • Perform high-volume administrative tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in line with UAC and internal timelines.
  • Provide teaching and coaching, and act as subject matter expert within your portfolio, providing accurate advice on relevant policy and procedure.
  • Contribute to the team's overall progress towards achieving its domestic undergraduate student recruitment goals.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience interpreting and providing advice on relevant policy and procedure.
  • High level attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to complete competing tasks accurately and on time.
  • Proficient in analysing data to inform decision making, and ability to use a wide range of technologies.

 

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
