Be challenged and imagine with us

As Admissions Officer (Domestic UG), you will be responsible for executing tasks in relation to the administration and processing of domestic undergraduate student admissions. Your focus will be to enhance future student recruitment initiatives, and improve the overall student experience.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and expert advice on the admissions process, providing administrative support to future domestic undergraduate students.
  • Handle admission applications through UAC, the admissions portal, and direct application methods.
  • Participate in student recruitment and student experience events and activities.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

 

How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Strong customer service skills, including the ability to clearly communicate and support both prospective students and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience utilising a range of computer programs and analysing data.
  • High-level organisational skills and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

 

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $77,858 to $90,316 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
