As the Business Engagement Officer, you will provide exceptional customer service and expert advice to a variety of business areas to support the use of standard digital platforms and services and solve business problems.

In this role you will:

  • Provide advice, training, and support to fulfill business needs with standard solutions.
  • Communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant information to clients regarding their requests and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative and technical support services to the Business Partners as required.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).  

How will you inspire us?

You will have:

  • Experience delivering expert technological advice in a large, complex organisation.
  • Knowledge of digital trends and products, and the ability to configure and support related platforms and services.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technology concepts to diverse audiences.

 What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 - $99,655 + superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  1. Degree with subsequent relevant work experience in Information Technology; or extensive experience and specialist expertise or broad knowledge in technical or administrative field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in delivering high-quality advice within a dynamic environment characterised by constant change, business enhancements, and performance improvement.
  3. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders, explain complex technology concepts to a variety of audiences.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary digital trends, services, products and practices, with experience in the configuration and support of standard digital platforms and services, such as collaboration and productivity solutions.
  5. Excellent organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to multitask, set priorities and work to deadlines.
