As Research Integrity Officer, you will provide high-level administrative support for the University’s research governance framework. You will ensure effective management of research integrity matters in alignment with University policies and Government legislation.

This position is pivotal in fostering a responsible research culture across the University.

In this role you will:

  • Support the management of research integrity concerns by providing administrative assistance for all concerns, preliminary assessments, and investigations.
  • Design and implement research integrity training and education programs and post-approval monitoring programs.
  • Provide high level support for the University’s Research Integrity Advisors.

This fixed term position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).

  • Knowledge of, and experience in adhering to, research governance frameworks and practices.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to accurately interpret, and present information to a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay organised and work to competing deadlines while ensuring confidentiality.


What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $90,316 to $99,655 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

  4. Demonstrated experience in the capture, interpretation and consolidation of information into reports for distribution to stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible within a changing environment.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and bring together people from different areas to participate in School/Division or University wide initiatives.
