As Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Executive Dean and Senior Manager of Central Coast Campuses. This role is key to ensuring the efficient operation of the Office of the Executive Dean and supporting the development and delivery of strategic projects.

In this role you will:

  • Manage relevant calendars, incoming enquiries, and financial transactions.
  • Make arrangements, prepare documentation, and provide support for virtual and in person meetings and events.
  • Assist and organise catering and travel bookings as required.

This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Central Coast Campus (Darkinjung land).

  • Proven high-level administration and executive support experience, with a commitment to customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to competing deadlines.
  • Demonstrated communication skills, and experience maintaining high levels of sensitivity and confidentiality.

 

What we offer

The remuneration for this position is from $77,858 to $90,316 + 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.

The Executive Dean – Central Coast Campuses has oversight of the operations and strategic developments occurring at the Central Coast campuses. The portfolio incorporates responsibility for campus coordination across the Ourimbah campus and Central Coast Clinical School located at Gosford Hospital. A third campus in Mann Street Gosford will commence teaching operations from 2026.

Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an associate diploma and at least 2 years subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of an advanced certificate and extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  2. Demonstrated experience and commitment to working in a client focused manner and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. High level written and verbal communication skills, with significant experience in drafting correspondence, preparing reports and developing presentations for various audiences.
  4. Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple and competing priorities and manage stakeholder expectations, while maintaining attention to detail, in a busy, complex and rapidly changing professional environment.
  5. Sound problem solving ability, including a demonstrated ability to manage and resolve issues in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
  6. Highly developed computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office suite and experience in using corporate systems such as financial administration and other software/databases.
