We are looking for an extraordinary Accounts Manager to be part of small team of people overseeing the operations of a growing hospitality group.
What the role is about
- Analyse and optimise business processes within the organisation to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in formulating and executing the group's overall strategic plan to contribute to the group's long-term growth and success.
- Budgeting and forecasting to drive efficiencies in financial / business systems and controls;
- Work with the outsourced service providers to finalise financial year targets and associated budgets. Work with the outsourced service provider to manage cashflow
- Manage all supplier payments
- Active engagement and advice on financial and capital expenditure decisions and activities.
- Maintenance of financial records.
- Experience with payroll highly desirable
