The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Stapylton team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in electrical infrastructure projects, working alongside experienced professionals to develop your skills and contribute to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in planning, monitoring, and delivering electrical infrastructure projects
• Assist with safety and environmental compliance, ensuring projects align with regulatory standards
• Help manage procurement, subcontractor performance, and cost tracking
• Conduct risk assessments, quality inspections, and safety audits
• Maintain project documentation and assist site teams in implementing best practices
• Participate in tendering processes, gathering vendor quotes and conducting follow-ups
• Engage in progress reporting and project financial tracking

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic understanding of industrial electrical construction
• Familiarity with electrical standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Construction Induction Card (White Card).
• Open Driver’s Licence (Manual preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and MS Project.
