The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage tender processes, develop comprehensive cost estimates, and ensure submissions align with client expectations and industry standards. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to secure and deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and interpret tender documents to identify client needs and project risks.
• Develop accurate estimates, tender programs, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and subcontractors, to achieve competitive and reliable submissions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during tendering.
• Conduct site visits, review competitor strategies, and identify project risks and opportunities.
• Manage tender reviews, including documentation and final submission accuracy.
• Support post-tender negotiations and project delivery transitions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-5 years in a similar Estimator role.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.
• Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.

Construction Induction (White Card).

Proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot is advantageous.
