About the Role

As an Electrical Supervisor at Pensar, you will lead and manage electrical works across various projects, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance while delivering exceptional results. Reporting to the Project/Construction Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering team development, enhancing client relationships, and achieving project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management requirements.
• Lead the development and implementation of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and risk assessments.
• Ensure all site personnel are trained and qualified for their tasks.
• Manage project costs, procurement processes, and sub-contractor performance.
• Maintain high standards of quality and compliance with inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Travel as required to oversee operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Foster positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Qualified Electrical Fitter Mechanic with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
• Certificate IV in Project Management or equivalent.
• Construction Induction Card, Senior First Aid, CPR, and relevant Energex certifications.
• Experience in URD construction and a strong understanding of electrical safety and quality requirements.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various project locations as required.
