Project Engineer - FIFO

In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in managing and delivering projects across regional locations, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every stage.

What you'll be doing:

• Oversee and coordinate project delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, budget, and timeline.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
• Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and proactively resolve on-site challenges.
• Conduct site audits, incident investigations, and ensure adherence to all safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to maintain seamless communication and project alignment.
• Track costs, prepare financial forecasts, and contribute to reporting and claims processes.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
• Experience in Earthworks and working on mine sites is preferred.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, construction methodologies, and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and a site team effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, a valid driver's license, and relevant safety certifications.
