The role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Sydney office to work alongside Jo Ruitenberg and Matt Baumgurtel, as part of a collaborative and high performing team .  

Our team advises clients at the forefront of the global energy transition, with transactions that shape the future of domestic and global energy markets. Our integrated New Energy practice is unencumbered by structural legacy issues of traditional firms.

We’re looking for someone

  • With 5 plus years’ experience, ideally in a private practice environment; 
  • who has Corporate M&A experience;
  • experience in New Energy is ideal, however not essential;
  • with a genuine passion for corporate law and New Energy; 
  • who wants a fantastic team culture; and 
  • with an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
