  • Delight customers by providing outstanding service and support.

  • Lead and champion best practice in IT Operations.
  • Maintain accuracy of the service catalogue and CMDB.
  • Manage incidents and problems and escalate as required.

About you

What you’ll need:

  • Experience in a similar role, ideally in a FMCG, sales or another fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success in managing a small IT Service Desk team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of information technology, computer systems and software.
  • A customer centric approach.
  • An in-depth understanding of the entire spectrum of IT operations.
  • Highly developed stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • An “outside the box” approach to problem resolution.
  • Expert knowledge of Windows servers, Office 365, Intune and macOS
  • A formal qualification in Information Technology or Business Information Systems.

What we’ll offer you:

  • A commitment to your ongoing professional development.
  • A commitment to corporate social responsibility – we support local communities and charities and are committed to sustainable and ethical sourcing.
  • A health and wellbeing program so you feel supported to be at your best.
  • Access to an active social club.

If you’re looking to work in a global business, and wanting to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
