About the opportunity

We’re pleased to invite applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People and Culture team in Adelaide SA on a 12-month maximum term contract. 

The role is offered as a hybrid working arrangement with time split between offices in Hindmarsh/Brompton meeting with hiring managers and a day working at home.

Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, your key focus will be on delivering tailored talent attraction, engagement, and sourcing solutions to ensure we select great people to join our business.

Your strong interpersonal skills will enable you to build excellent relationships with your stakeholders and provide an exceptional level of care to our candidates.

Our business is large and complex; priorities shift, and requirements change, resilience and adaptability will be keys to your success.  

In terms of specific responsibilities, you will:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a diverse mix of roles.
  • Conduct detailed job briefs and work with Hiring Managers to identify role specific strategies.
  • Review and recommend sourcing, attraction, and engagement strategies.
  • Complete recruitment related administrative tasks and reporting accurately and on time.
  • Ensure accurate records are maintained in LiveHire.
  • Ensure stakeholders understand and comply with the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date with market insights, trends and salary data.

About you 

What you’ll need:

  • Solid experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation.
  • The ability to identify the needs of internal customers and deliver tailored solutions.
  • A strong compliance and governance focus.
  • A consultative approach with the ability to influence.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, ideally LiveHire.
  • Practical experience with sourcing tools ie LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • A strong commitment to service excellence.
  • High levels of professional credibility, and personal integrity.
