What you will do:
**12-month maternity leave contract**
This position is responsible for developing and coordinating pathway programs to support the current and future capability needs of Ampcontrol. You will be responsible for leading the coordination of a range of formative pathway programs which include:
- Traineeships, Cadetships, Graduate program.
- Industrial Experience Placements, Internships, Work Integrated Learning, Work Placement
- Outreach programs and strategic partnerships with Education, RTO’s and Universities.
- Contribute to the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
You will also focus on a wide range of general functions including:
- Maintaining records and compliance.
- Managing strong stakeholder engagement relationships (both internal and external).
- Being an innovative and creative problem solver, to develop and expand on pathway opportunities.
- Provide pastoral care and support for all pathway participants.
- Support managers, team leaders and supervisors to develop skills and knowledge of participants.
- Administration of live participant tracking and manager/participant feedback surveys.
What are we looking for from you?
- Vocational qualifications such as Cert IV (or higher) Human Resources/Leadership and Management/Training or Project Management (desirable).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- High level proficiency in MS applications, digital technologies & learning management systems.
- Project management and event management experience.
- Experience liaising with Vocational Educational and Training (VET) sector organisations such as Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), TAFE NSW.
- Experience in the design, coordination, and delivery of Traineeship/Cadetship programs.
