About the opportunity

We have an fixed term part-time (4 days a week) opportunity until November 2025 for an Officer Business Initiatives within our Asset Planning & Delivery Services team. You’ll manage all controlled documents across the business unit and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives of internal and external content across all digital platforms. You will also be involved in This role will be based in our Leederville office reporting to the Team Leader - Business Initiatives.

What the role will involve

  • Facilitate, control the review of, and provide analytical reports and key corporate documents to ensure compliance.
  • Provide expert advice to project teams on document management requirements associated with system integrations and applications.
  • Deliver key corporate document training to stakeholders.
  • Engage with technical experts and business leaders to champion a centre of expertise.
  • Manage the storage, security and access to all Information System Management documentation.
  • Assist ad-hoc and short-term assignments and projects.
  • Regularly inform and communicate project leads with updates on allocated tasks and escalate any issues identified for action

  • Knowledge of business policies and processes
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to prepare, present reports
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal stakeholders
  • Previous exposure in business improvement projects is desirable
  • Experience in Microsoft suite products
