About the role

The Brand & Campaigns Team exists to position and govern our brand to build trust & value with customers. As part of this team, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns to help deliver on our Thrive 2035 objectives.

What the role will involve:

  • Develop, implement, monitor and measure marketing and advertising campaigns driving customer focussed outcomes to help deliver our corporate objectives.
  • Liaise with advertising agencies and internal creative team on briefs, creative development, media planning and reporting.
  • Report on campaign performance to identify actionable insights to optimise results.
  • Manage cross functional key stakeholders and build strong relationships by offering recommendations on best practice and collaborating on campaign development.
  • Ensure all deliverables are aligned to brand guidelines and tone of voice to support brand health scores.

Key skills and experience:

  • Tertiary level qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience project managing marketing and advertising campaigns from planning through to delivery and reporting.
  • Experience working with external agencies to deliver marketing activities.
  • Excellent business communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Sound experience with both digital and traditional media channels.
  • Strong writing ability and visual communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience with Google Analytics and performance dashboards an asset.
  • Experience with email delivery platforms (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud), content management systems (i.e. Sitecore) and project management software (i.e. Monday.com) is preferred.
