Your opportunity:

As a Digital Producer, you will be responsible for managing the digital experience across TPG Telecom’s websites. Working closely with product owners, developers, copywriters, and visual designers, you will collaborate to deliver on digital strategies and features that further promote online experiences to meet customer needs and drive results.

You will also work with the team to plan, create, manage, and execute projects with an understanding of sales strategies and technological initiatives impacting the online space. Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do, you will use your technical competencies to champion a high level of quality control in all projects and deployments to ensure a fantastic customer experience. 

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience working with CMS platforms, maintaining corporate websites utilising digital best practices.
  • Solid grasp of HTML and CSS.
  • Strong communication, planning and negotiation skills to drive projects to completion.
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end CMS production and delivery, including working in test and production environments.

Ideally, you will also have:

  • Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation with the ability to be flexible with your area of focus for projects and initiatives on a day-to-day basis to meet business needs.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance and working with testers on end-to-end testing execution.
  • Experience in using an analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
  • Experience in working with developers and testers on large feature initiatives. 
  • Ability to identify opportunities to optimise the website to increase conversion and improve customer experience.
