Your opportunity:
As our valued Technology Lead, you will play a vital role in driving the successful implementation, adoption and optimisation of security controls across multiple domains including BSS Digital & IT, Mobile and Fixed, and Infrastructure and Networking function. You’ll draw on your seniority and experience to lead and own a range of different technologies and business projects.
You'll make impact by:
- Guide the development of the solution based on Solution Architects’ recommendation and instruction.
- Oversee the implementation of the solutions and manage security aspects of PII (Personally Identifiable Information), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged User Access Management (PUAM), authentication, and other mandatory security controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs and requirements to fulfill the security obligations, best practices, and project timelines.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to enhance system efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, prioritizing customer experience.
- Offer technical expertise and guidance for the integration and pattern of security controls, such as Endpoint Protection (EDR), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Vulnerability Management, backup and restoration, API security, and integration.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in IT and Cyber Security systems design, integration, implementation, and testing.
- Experience with different security controls including, but not limited to, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged User Access Management (PUAM), Endpoint Protection (EDR), Network Detection and Response (NDR), Vulnerability Management, and API security.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Ansible, etc.).
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, and public cloud security services.
Ideally, you will also have:
- An understanding of cyber, network, and cloud security concepts, technologies, principles, and practices.
- Working knowledge and experience of CI/CD tooling and underlying technology.
- Familiarity with techniques related to automating platforms and deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunication or a related field.
