About the role

Reporting to the Membership & Systems Team Leader (YMS) you will ensure that the YMS processes are completed accurately and in accordance with timelines, along with providing a great service to all our customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and managing the workflow of associated administration tasks and processes of the direct debit function.
  • Providing a positive experience to all our customers whilst ensuring our centres are receiving the maximum debit income. 
  • Delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • The role encompasses account management of customer accounts and the ability to escalate issues identified and actively participate in finding resolutions. 

A significant part of the workload is made up of important tasks consisting of data entry, support tickets, email, phone and live-chat response (inbound and outbound), with speed and accuracy being essential as is the ability to stay motivated and focused.

This is a Permanent Full-time role with a base salary of $63,067 plus super. Hybrid work type with a combination of WFH (Working from Home) and the Box Hill Office.

About You

This role requires a person with a strong focus on accuracy and accountability. You will excel in a hybrid working environment (remote and in person), with the ability to engage with teams all around the state. Key requirements include:

  • A keen interest and demonstrable history in working across similar customer management systems or CRMs that support the customer and operations.
  • Attention to detail and an interest in customer focused technology will see you be successful in this role.
  • Ability to take on challenges as they arise and work well with others and enjoy a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deal with challenging enquiries whilst displaying the YMCA values.
  • Helpful and professional manner with a focus on delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders.
