About the Role
The Grant Project Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and operationalizing of one or more grant projects throughout the Action Sports business unit of the YMCA Victoria including:
· Planning and scheduling grant activities throughout the project
· Tracking grant deliverables throughout the project
· Capturing social impact data (outputs and outcomes) throughout the project
· Coordinating with Operations Director to schedule staff and event logistics with other programs
· Tracking and expending budget allocations and aligning to program targets
This is max term position until December 2026.

- HLTAID009- Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011- Provide First Aid
