The Role Recipe
- Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with national strategy and analyse market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Plan and execute community events, promotions, and partnerships to build brand loyalty, aligning with the 12-month LAM calendar reviewed with Franchisees and Ops managers.
- Manage local advertising, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives tailored to target demographics and coordinate promotional offers to drive sales.
- Implement new restaurant opening strategies with templated calendars and checklists, ensuring all marketing content is accurate and timely for campaign execution.
- Partner with franchisees and BDMs to align with brand standards and collaborate to resolve restaurant-related traffic issues.
- Provide regular updates on NSOs and store plans to GM Marketing, Digital and Innovation and support with marketing tasks and collateral collation.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Innovation team to provide insights on guest experience and ensure effective communication of issues across departments.
- Maintain brand standards by ensuring product, service, and store design meet Schnitz’s excellence and are approved by GM Marketing, Digital & Innovation.
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a QSR or retail environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, project management skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
