This role is Permanent Part Time 4 days week.
The Role Recipe
- Project Management and Execution, including renovations and new store builds
- Manage and monitor defect rectification processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Oversee and support store renovations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs.
- Act as a point of contact for franchisees, ensuring they are informed and involved in construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to store opening.
- Work closely with landlords, developers, and external consultants to facilitate project approvals and execution.
- Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Maintain project documentation, tracking progress, budgets, and defect resolution.
Key Ingredients
- Bachelor in Construction Management or relevant industry would be highly desired.
- Experience within commercial Design and years in Construction within the Retail / Hospitality sector
- Influential and can easily build rapport with stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills and outcome focused
- Inclusive and collaborative team player
- Attention to detail and outstanding time management skills
