The Role Recipe

• This role is 3 days per week, $86,000 Pro Rata
• Process payroll as required and maintain accurate employee data.
• Support audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in preparing payroll reports and supporting the Payroll Lead in BAU and project work.
• Provide administrative support to the P&C team, responding to payroll queries.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in payroll and P&C processes.

Key Ingredients

• 2+ years in a payroll support or administrative role, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with payroll systems (Micropay or similar) and a commitment to best practice.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
