Our Finance team are currently looking for a Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager.
What you'll do:
Reporting to the General Manager of Finance: the Corporate Finance & Treasury Manager will lead future debt / equity capital raisings, hedging strategies and be accountable for the ongoing optimisation of debt levels, liquidity and ratings requirements.
As the leader of the department you will also be responsible for the effective operation and development of the Treasury and Corporate Finance team, including the delivery regular valuation updates and providing key financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including shareholder analysts.
About you:
With demonstrated experience in people management, Corporate Finance and Treasury you will have worked in complex business environments, ideally within professional services sectors, infrastructure or M&A. You will have used modern enterprise level management tools and technologies and have advanced excel skills.
You make decisions based on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience and judgement. You thrive as part of a team, gaining trust quickly, are a forward thinker who will lead, motivate and inspire others to solve problems and achieve the best outcomes.
